Customer Reviews

My guest and guide had a lovely experience on this trip, they could not stop talking about the way they were treated and the beautiful views from the water and the service that you send out to your guests. We will definitively make use of your service again. Marianna i-Mauli Tours - Sonja

Such a great experience and very informative. Will definately do this trip again. The food prices are very expensive though - Caryn

Lovely boat trip with friendly staff! - Rachel

Pleasant afternoon cruise, though we thought more of the lagoon would have been covered. Food service was a little slow, but the food was pretty good. Generally a positive experience. - WAYNE

The staff is really excellent. The boat is wonderful. The route is beautiful. However, the voice-over commentary during the journey made me very uncomfortable. It had a very colonial/imperialist theme. This incredibly English-accented voice tells us about which mansion was owned by which imperialist and which island was owned by which imperialist. It feels very tone deaf to the actual history of the area. I highly recommend that it be updated to be more historically inclusive and reflect the imperialist and colonial exploitation suffered by the indigenous people from the area and the mass destruction of that environment. - Mignon
