All in all, once more a great and awesome cruize.. We love the fact that could go on board as soon as we arrived and got our tickets instead of having to wait around.. Food was great and tastey, with very friendly staff attending to us as soon as we boarded.. I know you are running a bussiness and need to make a profit, but please think of South African people for whom this cruize is a sacrifice and esp pensioners most who are living on limited income and maybe 25% less for a ticket.. Thank you once again for an awesome trip Nick & Colleen Joseph - Nicholas
we had a great time, albeit on a different boat. i think the staff were very nice, but it did take ages to get service, not sure if it was because we were on the lower deck, even to just get glasses for wine ordered. we were returning to shore already when our order arrived. we made the best of it. thank you. - Liz
I had the opportunity to take my little family on the ever popular John Benn Cruise. We boarded the Paddle Cruiser and managed to get seating on the couches which have the best views of the Knysna Lagoon. The experience was great and the waters were calm for my kids. The commentary over the microphone was very informative as well. The only negative feedback I can give is that the food is not great. Especially for the price that you pay, they need to put a bit more effort into the menu and the overall execution of the meals. - Sue
Nice and relaxation boat ride. We did the night time version but it was difficult to see outside when it got dark because the inside of the boat reflected on the windows so would recommend doing a day time ride. - Lauren
The trip was a wonderful experience even on a windy day. The service on board was excellent and the food was well prepared. The views are beautiful and I definitely recommend it. - Natalie
