Very enjoyable experience - Rudi

Hi, I was very happy with the service I received. Been working in cruiseline industry for many yrs and very seldom find a business at home that is on par with international standards. Thank you, the host was great, talkative and informative also the boat captain included a few jokes. There was no pressure for tips, the walk was optional which is great for those struggling. One thing to mentioned, there was a family that was lagging behind on walk. From a safety aspect maybe best to add in a sweeper to be in the back. Also the hikers in the back could not hear the stories being told there maybe stop and then chat. This way also the group in the back can keep up. Only snacks on offer at the shop was chocolate before the 4x4 ride up. Add in some healthier bars with decaf coffee. - Caroline

It was a great experience and all the staff were very friendly. I would recomend it to any one who would like to spend time in nature. The views were breathtaking. - Karlien
