Customer Reviews

An excellent guide and trip. Wonderful views. A good overall experience - Jenny

This is one of our favourite activities we did in South Africa. An amazing place to visit. And so lovely to arrive there by boat. One suggestion to the organizers would be to allow extra time for the walk part so you don't have to rush so much. - Bartolome

A pleasant afternoon enjoyed by our 32 children and 5 teachers. The pros: 1. The early booking and subsequent changes to the bookings were well handled (thanks, Margaret). 2. Great boat ride. 3. Well organised and professional tour. 4. Excellent talk by guide (sorry, forgot his name) and a genuinely good explanation of points of interest. 5. The walk down is an interesting (positive) part of the tour. The cons: 1. Waiting for the boat ride was longer than expected. We could have arrived for lunch one hour later than we did. 2. The wait coming back was also long. Hope that helps. Brian. - Brian

Really nice experience. Excellent guide and staff. - Jon

We had a wonderful half day at the Featherbed Eco Experience. Our guide was helpful and knowledgeable and the trip was interesting and a wonderful way to see that area of the coast. - Fiona
