Customer Reviews

This was a bucket list excursion I've been dreaming to do one day. I could not have been more rewarded with my wait. Everything was perfect. From the organization of the whole event, to the boat trip with the informative guide to the tractor trip up to the top of the hill ("Head") to the beautiful walk down to the restaurant and yes, the buffet lunch was, as per all the reviews, delicious with so many options. We even had the most perfect weather! Thank you, Featherbed for a well-organized excursion. - Bathfield

We loved it, our tour gide was excellent. The seanery was out of this world and the food was was great. - Janvan

The boat ride was entertaining and the views was spectacular. Unfortunately on the 4x4 trip to the top the speaker did not work so could not hear what the guide had to say which was disappointing. The buffet was extremely overpriced for what was on offer. Especially the fish was disappointing compared to what you can get in the area. We were not allowed to purchase cocktails, even though the restaurant above offered it. In hind site I would not have taken the buffet and rather had something at the restaurant. - Udo

Wonderful experience. The reserve is a natural treasure shared with the public. It's an example that should inspire SA's official National Parks. All the staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. Smiles all round and nothing was too much trouble. Delicious buffet was beautifully presented and plentiful. Overall a 5 Star experience. Thank you Featherbed. - PW

What an awesome experience! Knowledgeable and friendly guides, glorious scenery and a lunch spread fit for kings! Highly recommended. - Barry
