Customer Reviews

The service, food, staff and establishment were all excellent. The views over the Knysna heads are incredible and the food was plentiful and delicious. A lot of money has clearly been spent on the restaurant, and it is really beautiful. The only downside, and it is a big one, is that there is almost no indigenous bush left on the nature reserve. The whole area has been taken over by Rooikrans with no evidence that this plant is trying to be controlled. That was very disappointing. I hope something can be done about it at this late stage. - Andrew

We were looking for something different to do in Knysna, and this definitely did not disappoint. The boat was not as nice as some of the other boats docked, but that didn't damper the experience. Guide was knowledgeable about the area. Guided walk was nice and easy - even our kids enjoyed it. Views were beautiful, and don't even get me started on the amazing spread that gets laid out for you. All in all a lovely experience my family and I will not forget. - Bianca

We had a great trip. The guides were knowledgeable, entertaining, and accommodating. The views were spectacular, and we would highly recommend the trip! - Amelia

Totally unforgettable experience. I would recommend this outing to anyone visiting South Africa. The best view of Knysna and the Heads. The buffet lunch was next level. The ferry ride was a blast with very interesting historical facts about Knysna. It was also good value for money. - Cabri

It was absolutely perfect. What a wonderful way to showcase knysna and all it's beauty. Our guide and crew were lovely and friendly. The tour on the heads were breathtaking. We enjoyed the walk down. And the food. Well...just wow!! Excellent service as well. It is something I will recommend to every person visiting knysna. - Lo-Anne
